Doors usually ship as soon as two weeks after receipt and acceptance of an order; however, shipments can stretch out longer during peak building season. 3). Roll up doors smaller than 101 square feet do not have a chain hoist and are manually operated.4). Doors are shipped with the necessary track and hardware for mounting the doors. 5). You are responsible for unloading your doors. You will need to have sufficient manpower and/or equipment for this task. Please click here to view door models and approximate weights. 6). Most deliveries are made on a standard tractor-trailer. We give you an added cost option of a smaller truck and/or a lift-gate truck for ease of unloading. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CHANGING OUR DOOR PART NUMBERS. YOUR DOOR WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED WITH US DOOR MARKINGS; RATHER, THE NEW JANUS PART NUMBERS WILL BE USED.
When you Check Out, be sure to pick US Door Freight as the selected Shipping Method. Freight is estimated and may require adjustment at the time of purchase; however, in most cases, no adjustment is needed. You will be contacted prior to any adjustment and given the opportunity to accept the adjustment, arrange your own freight or cancel the order. We DO NOT quote doors for delivery to Canada.
